Elon Musk: The CEO of Twitter, stated on Tuesday that he is delaying the relaunch of Blue Verified until there is a strong degree of confidence that impersonation will no longer occur. He tweeted the news to the public.
Twitter may utilise separate colour checks for businesses and people, according to Elon Musk.

Will probably use different color check for organizations than individuals.
Musk had introduced the option for individuals to buy a blue tick verified through Twitter Blue after seizing control of the microblogging service. The Verge said that Musk's idea led to the impersonation of prominent accounts, including Twitter's advertisers, despite internal warnings from Twitter's own trust and safety personnel.
Since Musk acquired control of Twitter, the microblogging platform has started placing and removing distinct, grey checkmarks on prominent accounts without providing an explanation.

Reason behind the delay
The Verge quoted an audio of Elon Musk telling Twitter staff that the firm won't relaunch its premium verification membership, Twitter Blue, unless they are "confident about significant impersonations not happening."
Elon Musk announced last week that his $8 monthly Blue subscription would go on sale on November 29. However, he acknowledged at his discussion with staff that it was unclear when Blue Verified would launch, according to a report from The Verge.
We might launch it next week, Elon Musk remarked during a meeting with Twitter staff. Perhaps not. However, unless we have high confidence in our ability to guard against those serious impersonations, we won't launch," The Verge said.

"Institutions and companies" will have a "different colour check"
Elon Musk stated that the business will "probably" need to provide "institutions and companies" with a "different colour check" during his Monday meeting with Twitter staff. He did not provide any other information about the idea, though.
Musk emphasised that until a payment system is established to greatly increase the "cost of bots and trolls," any social media site "is going to be vulnerable to bots and trolls."
“Twitter added 1.6M daily active users this past week, another all-time high,” Musk tweeted.
