GWR says 'Friday' is the best day of the week

According to Guinness World Records (GWR), "Friday" has likely evolved into the best day of the week. Days prior, GWR had declared Monday to be the "worst day of the week."

On October 17, the GWR tweeted that it was the worst day of the week. In response, the GWR wrote, "Guess this makes Friday the best day of the week then."

Netizens responded to the announcement shortly after it was made by discussing the most recent record. Many users left comments on this, with some saying Saturday is the best day and others saying Friday is the best day.

“We have Saturday as our working day too,” said one user.

Another user said, “I will go on Saturday, coz next day is also off”. Other Twitter users wrote “definitely” on the post
