India has strongly rejected Pakistan’s allegations linking it to the recent terrorist attack in Karachi, calling the claims baseless and without any evidence. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said Pakistan should focus on addressing terrorism within its own borders instead of making unfounded accusations against India.

In an official statement issued on Sunday, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said India categorically rejects the allegations made in Pakistani reports regarding the Karachi incident. He urged Islamabad to “look inwards” and take credible action against the terror infrastructure operating from its territory.

The spokesperson further said Pakistan should abandon its long-standing tendency to rely on terrorism as an instrument of state policy. He added that meaningful action against terrorist networks would be more constructive than attempting to shift blame onto other countries.
The response came after Pakistani authorities reportedly sought to link India to the Karachi blast. However, India maintained that such allegations are baseless and reiterated its consistent position that Pakistan must take decisive steps to dismantle terrorist infrastructure on its soil.
