Iran Unrest: Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian issued a stern warning to United States President Donald Trump that any strike by USA would trigger a harsh and regrettable response.
Pezeshkian commented that any strike on Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, would lead to an all-out war against USA and its allies.
The Iranian President made these comments in the wake of Trump’s recent remark that it’s time for a new Iranian leadership. He went on to blame the United States and its allies including Israel for the economic hardships of the Islamic Republic. Pezeshkian said long-standing inhumane sanctions and hostility were two of the biggest causes of challenges faced by the citizens of Iran.
