More classified documents found from US President Biden's residence

One of these is top secret. This is the highest level of classified document. The second level of a classified document is secret. Such classified documents come under secret documents, the disclosure of which can cause serious threat or damage to national security. At the same time, the third level of classified document is called confidential. Such documents are the least sensitive. Who can see classified documents?

Only certain people in the government, who have received special security clearance, can see these confidential documents.
