Pakistan: Blast rips apart Quetta bound Jaffar Express, 2 dead , 4 injured

As per news pouring in a blast has ripped apart  Jafar Express, which was heading from Quetta to Peshawar. Agencies have quoted that two passengers have been killed and four injured in the blast. Railway officials have revealed that blast occurred when Quetta bound Jaffar Express was passing from Quetta bound Jaffar Express was passing from Chichawatni railway station. The train was coming from Peshawar when explosion occurred after a cylinder blew up in a boggie number four of the train.

Blast reported on Jafar Express

Pakistani Railway official stated

“ A passenger hid the cylinder in his luggage and took it to the bathroom which later exploded”.

Police, rescue teams and a bomb disposal squad arrived at the site of the blast soon after receiving the information.

This has been the second incident of the blast occurring in the Jafar Express , coming soon after a blast which occurred a month ago in which at atleast eight people were injured.
