Pakistan Team Travel to India: Pakistan Team Gets Green Signal to Travel to India for Asia Cup & Junior World Cup 2025, Check Match Details

It is okay for the Pakistan men's hockey team to go to India. The Sports Ministry, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) all agree with this.  The Asia Cup 2025 and the Junior Men's Hockey World Cup 2025 are coming up soon and are both big international events. With this permission, they can play in them.

In 2025, the Asia Cup will be held in Raipur, Bihar

From August 27 to September 7, 2025, the Men's Hockey Asia Cup will be held in Rajgir, Bihar.  This event, which is very important for scores and reputation in the area, will have the best Asian teams.  Having Pakistan there makes things more interesting, especially if India and Pakistan start fighting.

The Junior Hockey World Cup will be held in Tamil Nadu and Chennai

It will be held in Tamil Nadu, in the cities of Chennai and Madurai, from November 28 to December 10, 2025. It is the Male Junior Hockey World Cup.  It is also okay for Pakistan's under-21 team to play.  Bangladesh and Pakistan are both in Pool B, along with Chile and Switzerland.  In other words, their game will be very important.

Two-way series are not allowed, but tournaments with more than one country are allowed

Even though the Indian government is highly against sports events between India and Pakistan, it has always allowed Pakistani teams to play in games with teams from other countries. It does this because it believes it is important to keep international promises and the Olympic spirit.

Getting visas has begun

Sources say that the process of getting passes for the teams from Pakistan has already started.  The quick approval from the government makes sure that there are no problems at the last minute that could make it hard to plan or play at the event.
