Switzerland Bar Blast: Swiss Police have revealed that several people have been injured while many have been killed after an explosion ripped through a bar.

Gaetan Lathion, a police spokesperson in Wallis canton in southwestern Switzerland, remarked there has been an explosion of unknown origin. The spokesperson did not confirm whether it was a terrorist attack or a cause of negligence.
The incident happened in the luxury Alpine ski resort town of Crans-Montana. The explosion took place in a bar called Le Constellation at about 1:30am (0030 GMT). The place is quite popular with tourists from all parts of the world.
The resort is due to host the FIS World Cup, a prestigious speed skiing event at the end of January.
Police have said that a helpline for families of those affected has been set up.
