Visit Visa Rules In UAE: There is new information emerging about visas in the United Arab Emirates, claiming that the country has outlawed the granting of three-month visit visas. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) contact centre representative reportedly confirmed this to the media.
Farewell to Three-Month Visas
It has been reported that while the three-month entry visa option was offered in the United Arab Emirates a few months ago, it has since been discontinued. You can enter the UAE with a 30- or 60-day visa if you’d want to go there.
UAE Switches from Three-Month to 60-Day Visas
According to the travel agent, the portal where visas are requested for no longer offers the opportunity to apply for a three-month visa. It has been reported that the three-month visit visa was discontinued in favour of the 60-day visitation visa during the Covid-19 pandemic.
