What’s new in this
The belly pan, front fender, tank, and rear cowl section of the Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre edition all feature brand-new carbon fibre stickering. Additionally, the Carbon Fibre version is now available in the colours blue and red. The Pulsar’s sporty charm, which has been developed over time in the Indian market, is enhanced by the Carbon Fibre edition.
Similarities from old model
Mechanically speaking, the Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre edition is identical as the Pulsar 125 Neon. This indicates that the 124.4cc air-cooled, two-valve, single-cylinder engine is capable of producing 11.8hp at 8,500rpm and 10.8Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. This engine is not the same one found on the tough Bajaj CT125X commuter, and it is connected to a 5-speed gearbox. The Pulsar 125 rides on 17-inch wheels rather than 18-inch ones, in contrast to other 125cc competitors in this market.
The front of the Pulsar 125 can be equipped with either a 240mm disc or a 170mm drum. The Pulsar 125 manages without ABS because its engine has a displacement of less than 125cc. With a 15-liter tank fully filled, the single-seat Pulsar 125 option weighs in at 140kg.
Competitions and Price
The price of the Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre edition ranges from Rs 89,254 for the single seat to Rs 91,642 for the split seat. Its competitors include the Hero Glamour Canvas and the Honda SP125, both of which are more commuter-friendly than the Pulsar 125 is overtly athletic. Nevertheless, both of them cost significantly more than the Pulsar 125; the Honda SP125 costs Rs 2,000, and the Hero Glamour Canvas costs Rs 4,000.
