Honor Magic 5 Lite: The Honor Magic 5 Lite is getting closer to a release date, as its full specifications and renders have surfaced online. The latest Magic-series device from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer could be powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC, with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage as standard. The Honor Magic 5 Lite is expected to have a 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Other key specifications to expect include a triple rear camera setup led by a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5,100mAh battery, and a 16-megapixel selfie sensor. The Honor Magic 5 Lite phone will replace the Honor Magic 4 Lite, which was released last year.

The renders and specifications of the rumoured Honor Magic 5 Lite have been leaked by the German publication WinFuture.de. The renders resemble the Honor Magic 4 Lite, Huawei Mate 40, and Huawei Mate 50 series smartphones in terms of design. On the display, it is seen with a hole-punch cutout in the centre. It also appears to have a triple rear camera unit as well as an LED flash. The image depicts the volume and power buttons on the smartphone’s left spine.
Display and memory
Separately, tipster SnoopyTech (@snoopytech) via Twitter leaked the Honor Magic 5 Lite specifications. According to the leak, it will be available in Emerald Green, Midnight Black, and Titanium Silver colours, with Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1.

It is said to have a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080, 2,400 pixel) OLED curved display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 800 nits. TUV Certifications for eye protection could be provided by the display. It is expected to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 SoC, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage as standard.
Cameras and sensors
The Magic 5 Lite is said to have a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. A front-facing 16-megapixel sensor could be used for selfies. It could also include an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication.
