Nifty hovering around 17,600, the Indian benchmark indices closed on a high note despite turbulence. At closing, the Nifty was up 42.20 points or 0.24% at 17,599.20, while the Sensex was up 143.66 points, or 0.24 percent, at 59,832.97. A total of 110 shares remained unchanged, 1121 shares fell, and 2310 rose.

Adani Group’s Reassurance Boosts Shares of All 10 Related Companies in Mumbai
As the company said that its short-term cash needs are comfortable, all ten of its affiliated companies had gains in Mumbai. After the market closed on Wednesday, a representative for the port-to-power group said there was no significant refinancing risk and no significant debt repayments were due in the near future. As a result, flagship Adani Enterprises saw a rise of up to 4%, while NDTV, Adani Total Gas, Adani Green Energy, and Adani Transmission all reached upper circuits of 5%, Adani Wilmar increased by 3.46 %, Adani Power increased by 1.8 %, Adani Ports increased by 1.15 %, ACC increased by 1.33 %, and Ambuja Cements increased by 1.21 %.
