Kolkata Knight Riders captain Eoin Morgan has been fined Rs 12 lakh for his team slow over-rate during tthe last match against Chennai Super Kings.

“As it was his team’s first offense of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offenses, Morgan was fined Rs 12 lakh,” said the IPL.
KKR lost the game narrowly and this season their form has been a matter of concern. The top order has not performed yet in the entire tournament, in the last game as well it was the lower order Number 7 and 8 who delivered for the team and got the game close in a high-scoring encounter.
KKR has lost 3 games out of their four and in the coming games the Eastern-based team can make some big changes in their line-up.
