As part of the next phase of unlocking, the Delhi government has approved the reopening of stadiums and sports complexes, which will begin on Monday. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) made an official declaration on Sunday.

However, cinema, theaters, multiplexes, banquet halls will continue to remain shut.

Also, social and political gatherings, auditoriums, swimming pools, spas, amusement parks and Educational institutions will continue to remain shut.

The order stated that the prohibited and restricted activities will continue till 5am on July 12.

Last week, DDMA allowed the reopening of gyms and yoga institutes with 50 per cent attendance. Banquets, marriage halls and hotels were also allowed to host weddings with 50 guests only.
