Punjab News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann inaugurated the country’s first ‘Road Safety Force’ by flagging off 129 hi-tech vehicles. The primary objective of this initiative is to reduce road accidents in the state, potentially saving around 3000 lives annually. Addressing a gathering during the launch event, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann emphasized the historic significance of Punjab becoming the first state to establish a dedicated force focused on ensuring public safety. He commended the officers for their pivotal role in creating and dedicating the force to the people.
