- Carry Necessary Documents: Identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN), supporting documents related to the issue such as bills, orders, or other proofs, and a copy of the application.
- Reach the Registration Counter: On the day of Janata Darbar, reach the venue and register your name and details at the registration desk to get a token number.
- Direct Meeting with the CM: Based on the token, citizens get an opportunity to present their grievances directly to CM Yogi Adityanath, who personally interacts with them and provides instructions to the concerned officials on the spot.
