Industrial Authority Begins Major Service Road Expansion to Tackle Traffic Congestion

This development is especially aimed at resolving the traffic bottleneck faced by daily commuters traveling between Gaur City One and Gaur City Two sectors. With the growing population and increasing number of vehicles in the region, traffic congestion had become a regular challenge, leading to longer travel times and public inconvenience.

As per the official statement by GNIDA, the ongoing work includes:

  • Widening of the service road to allow smoother two-way traffic
  • Repair and strengthening of existing road surfaces
  • Expansion of existing bridges (culvert widening) to support higher traffic load

Once completed, the project is expected to significantly improve road safety, reduce travel time, and ensure seamless connectivity for residents and workers in the industrial and residential sectors of Greater Noida West.

This infrastructure push aligns with GNIDA’s vision to modernize urban roads and promote efficient urban mobility. Authorities have assured minimal disruption during the construction phase and are urging commuters to follow alternate routes where necessary.

Residents of Greater Noida and frequent travelers in the region can expect major relief from daily traffic snarls in the coming months.
