Weather Update February 2 2026: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a fresh round of snowfall and rainfall in the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh along with Ladakh. Delhi NCR, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are likely to receive moderate rainfall along with a possibility of hailstorm in late evening or night hours.
Weather Update February 2 2026-Jammu and Kashmir Weather Update
Akhnoor, Samba, Reasi, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Shopian, Ramban, Doda, Kupwara, Pulwama and Kishtwar are likely to receive a fresh bounty of rain and snowfall, covering mountains in deep layers of snow.
Baramulla, Udhampur, Kathua, Bandipora, Rajouri, Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag and Poonch are likely to witness the same set of weather conditions.
Uttar Pradesh Weather Update
Noida, Firozabad, Loni, Jhansi, Muzaffarnagar, Mathura, Moradabad, Aligarh, Saharanpur, Gorakhpur, Shahjahanpur and Rampur may receive little low to moderate rainfall in some places. Thick and dense fog is likely to stay prevalent in early morning hours.

Delhi NCR Weather Update
Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Noida and Delhi may witness moderate rainfall during early morning or late night. Weather otherwise would stay pleasant throughout the day.
Punjab Weather Update
Patiala, Bathinda, Hoshiarpur, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar and Moga are likely to witness violent thunderstorms and rainfall during late afternoon or early evening hours.
Muktsar, Barnala, Firozpur, Kapurthala, Phagwara, Zirakpur, Batala, Pathankot, Abohar, Malerkotla, Khanna and Rajpura are likely to witness rainy showers throughout the day.
Haryana Weather Update
Some regions in Jind, Thanesar, Kaithal, Rewari, Palwal, Hans, Karnal, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Panchkula along with many parts in Ambala, Bhiwani, Narnaul, Bahadurgarh, Gurugram, Rohtak, Hisar, Panipat, Faridabad and Sirsa may witness rainy showers.
Rajasthan Weather Update
Dhaulpur, Tonk, Kishangarh, Hanumangarh, Sri Ganganagar, Beawar, Baran and Banswara as well as parts of Bhilwara, Alwar, Sikar, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Bhiwadi, Udaipur, Ajmer, Pali, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Kota may witness violent thunderstorms, hailstorm and heavy rainfall.
Madhya Pradesh Weather Update
Many parts of Khandwa, Morena, Bhind, Guna, Shivpuri, Vidisha, Chhindwara and Burhanpur and some parts of Ujjain, Sagar, Dewas, Satna, Ratlam, Rewa, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior may receive rain showers.
