Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 11: Border 2 started its box office run on a strong note, driven by the Republic Day holiday and solid audience interest. The Sunny Deol-led war drama performed well in its opening week. However, as the film entered its second week, its collections began to slow. By Day 11, earnings dropped to single digits, marking the lowest daily collection so far. Still, Border 2 box office collection remains healthy, with the film set to cross Rs 300 crore milestone in India.
On its second Monday, the film earned Rs 5.75 crore net. This figure is nearly 80 percent lower than what Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster Dhurandhar collected on Day 11 of its run. With this, Border 2 has collected around Rs 281 crore net in India after 11 days in theatres.
Occupancy numbers also showed a decline. Overall theatre occupancy on Day 11 stood at 11.31 percent. Morning shows recorded 5.67 percent occupancy, while afternoon shows stood at 11.94 percent. Evening and night shows did slightly better at 13.40 percent and 14.22 percent, respectively. In Mumbai, the film played in 610 shows with an occupancy of 11.67 percent. In the Delhi NCR region, it ran across 1,205 shows and recorded 12.33 percent occupancy.
Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 11
The film opened with Rs 30 crore on Day 1 and showed strong growth over its first weekend. Collections jumped on Saturday and Sunday, with Day 3 turning into a major highlight at Rs 54.5 crore. The momentum continued on Monday due to the Republic Day holiday, as the film posted its highest single-day collection of Rs 59 crore.
However, the pace could not be maintained after the extended weekend. From Tuesday onwards, collections fell sharply, with weekday numbers declining steadily. Despite this drop, Border 2 ended its first week with an impressive total of Rs 224.25 crore, placing it among the year’s biggest earners.
In the second week, the usual post-weekend slowdown became clear. Although Saturday and Sunday brought a brief rise, the film could not sustain the momentum. By Day 11, collections had fallen by nearly 74 percent compared to Day 10. The discounted ticket offers on Tuesday could help the film cross the Rs 300 crore mark today.
