CM Mann said that Vadda Ghallughara, which took place on the land of village Kup Rohira, stands as a symbol of extraordinary sacrifice and resilience. He noted that this tragic event is deeply etched in Sikh history and continues to inspire generations with the spirit of martyrdom, self-respect, and resistance against oppression.
Recalls Sikh Community’s Supreme Sacrifice
Remembering the martyrs, the Chief Minister said that the sacrifices made during Vadda Ghallughara reflect the unmatched valor of the Sikh community, which chose dignity and faith even in the face of extreme brutality.
