Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath is set to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for 19 development projects worth more than ₹655 crore in Deoria district as part of the state government’s ongoing infrastructure and public welfare initiatives.
According to the Uttar Pradesh government, the projects are aimed at strengthening road connectivity, healthcare services, educational infrastructure, and administrative facilities in the district.
CM Yogi Adityanath: Projects Include Roads, Medical Facilities and Educational Institutions
Officials stated that the development works include road widening projects, expansion of medical services, construction of industrial training institutes (ITI), police station buildings, and other important public infrastructure initiatives.
The government said these projects are expected to improve civic amenities and provide better services to residents in both urban and rural areas of Deoria.
Beneficiaries to Receive Certificates Under Welfare Schemes
During the programme, certificates will also be distributed to beneficiaries of various government welfare schemes. Authorities stated that the event reflects the administration’s focus on combining infrastructure growth with social welfare outreach.
Senior ministers, legislators, and public representatives are expected to attend the programme scheduled near Pokharbhinda in Deoria district.
Government Highlights Focus on Regional Development
The Uttar Pradesh government under the leadership of Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath has been emphasizing large-scale infrastructure expansion and regional development projects across the state.
Officials said efforts are being made to connect rural and urban areas with modern facilities while improving transportation, healthcare, education, and public service infrastructure to accelerate overall development in districts like Deoria.
