Lucknow Development Authority launches OTS-2026 Scheme

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched the One-Time Settlement (OTS)-2026 scheme to provide relief to property allottees and defaulters by waiving penalty charges and compound interest. Under the scheme, outstanding dues will be recalculated using simple interest, making it easier for applicants to clear their pending payments.

The registration and application process will remain open until July 17, 2026. Interested applicants can apply through both online and offline modes. In the case of offline applications, OTP verification must be completed in the presence of the applicant.

Applicants will be required to pay a processing fee ranging from ₹100 to ₹11,000

The scheme covers a wide range of properties, including residential properties (including group housing), commercial properties, government and semi-government allotments, schools, institutional and charitable plots, cooperative housing societies, and map defaulter cases.

Applicants will be required to pay a processing fee ranging from ₹100 to ₹11,000, depending on the applicable category. Once approved, the benefits of the scheme will remain valid for a period of three months.
