The next hearing in this matter will be held on Friday. The Constitution Bench will now decide in the ongoing party symbol battle between Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde. It will decide whether the Election Commission should continue its hearing in this matter or not. The Election Commission is also hearing in this matter.
During the hearing in the Supreme Court, the CJI said that the Constitution Bench will decide whether the Speaker can hear the disqualification if the motion is pending against him. How did the proceedings of the House go on during this? The CJI said during the hearing that the constitution bench will decide the internal democracy of a party and what should be the role of the Chuwan Commission in it. The CJI said that the Election Commission will decide on the election symbol, although the Election Commission should hold its process in this matter till the next hearing.

16 MLAs of Eknath Shinde faction had moved the Supreme Court regarding the disqualification action. The Eknath Shinde faction has also claimed authority over Shiv Sena. This matter has been challenged in the Supreme Court. The court is hearing this matter. The lawyer of the Shinde faction had demanded a constitution bench to be heard on the matter.
