Auto Expo 2023: Brand new Lexus RX SUV unveiled with safety system+ 3.0, all you must know

Auto Expo 2023: Lexus India unveiled the RX luxury SUV on Wednesday at the Auto Expo 2023 in Greater Noida. The RX 350h Luxury Hybrid and the RX 500h F-Sport Performance will be the two types of powertrains for the car. The Lexus Guest Experience Centers in the country have begun accepting reservations for both variations, although prices will be released later.

Lexus RX model has safety system+ 3.0

The Lexus RX model has some features that are first in its class, like a safety system+ 3.0. Based on the Tazuna idea, the focus is on the driver’s seat, which was made to help the driver feel more connected to the car. The driver is able to handle the car better.

The Lexus RX 350h Hybrid’s powertrain will be made up of a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine, a hybrid transaxle, and a rear E-Four electric motor. It has an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission and can make up to 247 hp. In 7.9 seconds, it can speed up from 0 to 100 km/h.

It is said to be the most powerful RX

The Lexus RX 500h F-Sport Performance has the brand’s first hybrid electric system. It combines the high-torque 2.4-liter turbocharged engine with an e-Axle rear unit. With 366 hp and 460 Nm of torque, it is said to be the most powerful RX. In 6.2 seconds, the model can go from 0 to 100 km/h. The 500h F-Sport model stands out because, among other things, it has an F-Sport performance emblem and a front bumper that is coloured Piano Black.

The Lexus RX has a big, well-equipped cabin with a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system that works with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There are also things like wireless charging in the cabin. When it comes to safety, the RX model comes standard with a variety of technologies, some of which are the Pre-collision System (PCS) with Vehicle identification and braking for Stationary as well as Preceding Vehicles alone, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control for All Speed Ranges, and Lane Departure Alert (LDA), amongst others.
