Harley Davidson X 440 to launch in India on THIS date, expected to cost around 3 Lakh, all we know so far

Harley Davidson X 440: Prior to its release in the Indian market, Harley-Davidson formally unveiled its new motorcycle, the X 440 Roadster. This is the first motorbike produced by Harley-Davidson in collaboration with Hero MotoCorp. A contract had been signed by both producers previously. Hero will manage Harley-Davidson’s sales and customer service in India, and the two businesses will work together to create high-end motorcycles.

Harley Davidson X 440 specifications

A 440 cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine powers the Harley-Davidson X 440. The business hasn’t yet released this engine’s power or torque numbers. According to the report, based on the engine’s displacement, one can anticipate a power output of 26 to 29 horsepower and torque of more than 30 Nm. The bike’s previous teaser photographs hint that the engine will have a redline of 8,000 rpm, indicating that it might be a long-stroke motor. This means that the engine’s tuning will emphasise low- and mid-range power.

Features

The motorcycle is equipped with disc brakes in both the front and back for braking. Dual-channel ABS will be available as well. At the front and the back, upside-down forks and dual shock absorbers are used to manage the suspension. It receives a circular digital instrument cluster.

Expected price in India

Hero MotoCorp is actively involved in the manufacturing of this bike, thus it is anticipated that it will be introduced to the market here at the most affordable price. This bike might be introduced on the market here for between Rs. 2.5 lakh and Rs. 3 lakh.
