Honda CL300 patented in India, could be company’s answer to Bajaj Triumph’s cruiser? All we know so far

Honda CL300: The Indian market is set to receive a large number of new bikes. Honda, a legendary manufacturer of two wheels, intends to release a new 250cc or 300cc motorcycle. The next motorcycle may be introduced to the public under the CL brand. The CL300 was introduced this year in China. In India, the business has obtained a patent for the new Scrambler motorcycle. However, it is unclear whether the new bike would be available in 250 or 300 cubic centimetres. The Honda CL300 has already been released in China, and the CL250 may follow soon. The CL250 Scrambler or the CL300 Scrambler could be the motorcycle that was patented in India. The bike’s name is not included in Honda’s patent. Only the internal bore and stroke vary between the 249 cc and 286 cc engines.

Honda CL300 expected specifications

A slip-and-assist clutch is coupled to a 286cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that propels the CL300 and produces 26PS. With dual shock absorbers, disc brakes at both ends, and dual-channel ABS, it has a telescopic fork and other features.

Launch in India

Honda might decide to make the investment and bring the CL300 to our shores. However, there hasn’t been any official word from the business encouraging or discouraging this, so only time will tell.
