Hyundai Tucson: A feature-rich SUV that is hard to resist, complete lowdown here

Hyundai Tucson: Hyundai will release the new Tucson’s price range, on 10th August. Ahead of its national premiere, the new model was recently sighted at the dealership. The 2018 Tucson will be offered in two trim levels, Platinum and Signature, and is designed along the lines of Hyundai’s Global Design identity of “Sensuous Sportiness.”

Significant design changes are made to the next Hyundai Tucson to set it apart from its predecessor. A black parametric grille with parametric hidden LED DRLs highlights the fascia. Additionally, it receives new skid plate and LED MFR headlights. Z-shaped character lines, sharp wheel arches, and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels highlight the side profile. The connected LED taillights, high-mount stop lamp, rear wiper with washer, and shark fin antenna serve as highlights for the rear portion.

A premium black and light grey dual-tone concept permeates the modern interior. The feature list includes heated front seats, an eight-speaker Bose premium sound system, an instrument cluster with a digital display, 64-color ambient lighting, and a 10.25-inch floating infotainment unit.

The car also features reclining back seats, a wireless phone charger, and a memory-functioned motorised driver seat.

The 2019 Hyundai Tucson will have both gasoline and diesel engine choices mechanically. The 2.0-liter gasoline engine produces 192Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm and 154bhp at 6,200 rpm. An automatic transmission with six speeds is included with this engine. The 2.0-liter VGT diesel engine, on the other hand, generates 416Nm of torque at 2,750 rpm and 184bhp at 4,000 rpm. An automatic transmission with eight speeds is attached to the diesel engine.
