Nissan X-Trail

Nissan X-Trail: In 2009, the Japanese automaker's full-size SUV started its voyage across India. Since then, it has had a track record of outselling all of its competitors and ruling its market. Many customers have been drawn to it by its great value, top-notch dependability, and promise to travel everywhere. Although the Fortuner has developed its own aura, a new Japanese SUV may cause that to change. Who is the new Toyota Fortuner's competition? Let's see.

All about Nissan X-Trail

Design

We're referring to the 'X-Trail', which will shortly make a return to the Indian market. The new car, which is built on the CMF-C platform, will seat seven people in three rows. The car would have a length of 4,681mm, a width of 1,840mm, and a height of 1,730mm. Regarding the exterior, it would include roof rails, a high ground clearance, and Nissan's distinctive V-motion front grille.

Features

This market may be a big winner for Nissan if it wants to acquire the Fortuner. With a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an automatic parking brake, auto hold, driving modes, a 360-degree parking camera, a Heads Up Display, a panoramic sunroof, ADAS, and other features, the interior of the 4th generation X-Trail appears to be more feature-rich. Additionally, the car has additional soft-touch materials, which improves the interior's feel and touch.

Engine

Engine 1995 cc
BHP 142.0 Bhp
Seating Capacity 5
Drive Type AWD
Fuel Diesel

The new "X-Trail" will offer three hybrid options in addition to turbo petrol. There would be no diesel engine available. However, petrol engines combined with the hybrid arrangement are likely to offer good off-road performance and efficient consumption. Additionally, the car would have 2WD and AWD powertrain choices. The first one is a 1.5-litre petrol hybrid that produces 250Nm of torque and 188bhp. The second one has a 2WD "ePOWER" system that produces 201 horsepower and 330 pound-feet of torque. It also has an AWD "e-4orce" option that produces 210 horsepower and a maximum torque of 525 pound-feet.

Price in India

The vehicle has repeatedly been seen testing on Indian roads. In addition, three of the brand's vehicles—the Juke, Qashqai, and X-Trail—were unveiled during its most recent major event. The first vehicle to go on sale will be the largest of these, the "X-Trail," in mid-2023. What about the price? There is a likelihood that the car's price may start at slightly under Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom).
