Samkit Parmar posted on social media that his wife was travelling at a 35 km/h speed at about 9:15 in the evening. He claims that the suspension abruptly failed and the the-front wheel came off. Due to the scooter throwing the woman, she suffered severe head and face injuries. She may have been wearing a helmet, but we are unsure.

Her head and face suffered severe damage as a result of the accident. At the moment, the woman is in the ICU. Samkit Parmar also mentioned Ola Electric and Bhavish Aggarwal, the company’s founder and CEO. He hasn’t heard back from anyone in charge, though.
