Hero Splendor 2025: Information on a Price Cut

Hero MotoCorp said that the prices would go down starting September 22, 2025, which was the same day that the GST 2.0 changes started. All two-wheelers under 350cc will gain from the GST cut. This includes popular commuter bikes like the Hero Splendor Plus, Splendor Plus XTEC, and Super Splendor XTEC. The cut brings down the GST rate from 28% to 18%, which means that Splendor models cost about Rs 6,500 to Rs 7,253 less. For instance, after the GST cut, the Hero Splendor Plus’s “ex-showroom” price went down from about Rs 79,096 to about Rs 72,516.

Price Range for the New Hero Splendor

With the new prices, the Splendor now costs between ₹72,000 and ₹85,000 when bought directly from the dealership. This includes the base Splendor Plus, the Splendor Plus XTEC, and the more expensive Super Splendor XTEC. With the price cut, these bikes are now even more cheap for commuters, making them even more valuable as one of India’s best-selling commuter motorcycles.
