BYD e6 EV car: The BYD e6 was released to the general public in August 2022. There is only one GL variant of the BYD e6. The e6 has a single AC motor that generates 94 horsepower and 180 Nm of torque and is powered by a 71.87kWh battery pack. The electric MPV’s claimed WLTP range is 415 kilometres, and the power is transmitted to the front wheels only. An AC Type 2 6.6kW charger and a CCS2 60kW DC charger are available as charging options.

Exterior design and features
A single-slat chrome strip and a hexagonal grille with a honeycomb pattern are located on the front fascia. A pair of dual-pod headlamps are positioned on either side, and the bumper also has triangular black inserts on either side of it that are not equipped with fog lights. Blacked-out B and C-pillars, ORVMs installed on the front doors, a shoulder line that rises after the C-pillar, and a set of 17-inch alloy wheels all improve the side profile.
A set of LED taillights, an integrated spoiler with a high-mounted stop lamp, a shark-fin antenna, and a chrome strip that spans the width of the bootlid and extends above the taillights make up the vehicle’s basic rear end.
Interior design and features
The MPV comes equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen rotatable infotainment system, a 5-inch instrument dashboard, tilt- and telescopic-adjustable steering, two steering modes (soft and comfort), rear AC vents, EPB, and front seats that can be manually adjusted in six different directions.
The e6 has four airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, rear parking sensors, a rear view camera, HAC, HBA, TPMS, seatbelt reminders for every passenger, and a smart key among its safety features. The typical warranties provided by the automaker are three years/1.25 lakh miles for the vehicle and eight years/5 lakh miles for the battery.

BYD E6 pricing ranges from Rs. 29 Lakh to Rs. 29.15 Lakh. The BYD E6 is available in only one variation, the top-of-the-line BYD E6 Electric, which has a price tag of Rs. 29.15 Lakh, being the base model of E6.
