Electric Optima: Engine
A 550W BLDC hub motor providing 1.2kW of peak power powers the Optima CX. It is connected to a 52.2V, 30Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which requires four to five hours to fully charge. The e-top scooter’s speed is listed at 45kmph. The CX standard is said to have an 82 km range, while the CX ER is said to have a 140 km range. The 2022 Optima CX is supported at the front and back by telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers, respectively. Drum brakes at both ends secure it.
Design and features
The Hero Electric Optima CX is identical to the HX model it is meant to replace. Therefore, the e-scooter maintains its conventional design. Hero Electric has, however, added three additional colors—Grey, Blue, and White—with the CX model.
A digital instrument cluster, cruise control, walk assist, reverse mode, a remote lock with an anti-theft alarm, a USB charging outlet, and LED headlights are just a few of the amenities it has to offer.

Hero Electric Optima pricing ranges from Rs. 67,190 to Rs. 85,190. Hero Electric Optima is available in two variations: CX Single Battery and Optima CX Dual Battery, the latter of which costs Rs. 85,190.
