Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports VS Honda Dio

Powertrain Details

SpecsHero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports Honda Dio
Displacement110.9cc109.51 cc
Power8 BHP7.76 PS
Torque8.7 Nm9 Nm

The 110.9cc engine that produces 8 bhp and 8.7 Nm and is paired with a CVT gearbox system still powers the Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports. Its fuel tank capacity is a pitiful 4.8 litres, and its tiny curb weight is 106 kilogrammes.

Similar in specs to the Honda Activa 6G, the Dio’s 109.51cc air-cooled engine generates 7.76PS at 8000 rpm and 9Nm at 4750 rpm, but with a slightly different tuning.

Features onboard

The Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports boasts all of the features found in the Xtec model thanks to Hero MotoCorp. It has an LED projector headlamp with indicators located on the apron. With smartphone connectivity and SMS and call alerts, the scooter has a semi-digital instrument console. Having said that, turn-by-turn navigation is absent. Hero’s i3S technology, which improves mileage, is also included in the scooter. The apron also features a respectably sizable storage area.

Honda has equipped the Dio with an array of new features. The most significant differences between the others are an external gasoline filler and fully digital instruments. It still has an LED headlamp, but it also includes extra storage compartments on the front apron, a side-stand cut-off button, and an engine stop button.

Price in India

Priced between the top-tier Xtec Connected and Xtec basic trims, the Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports costs Rs. 79,738 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Prices for the Honda Dio range from Rs. 71,343 to Rs. 77,344. There are four different Honda Dio models available.
