Apple Watch saves teenager after he falls 150 ft. in a valley, CEO reacts

Apple Watch: The Apple Watch’s ability to save lives has been extensively covered in news articles over the last couple of years. These incredible survival tales are being shared throughout many different places, not just one nation. The most recent report, was when an Indian teenager who fell down a 150-foot valley was saved thanks to the Apple Watch. When stuck in the valley, the teen utilised his Apple Watch Series 7 to get in touch with his family and friends.

Smit Metha, an Indian youngster, apparently slipped into the valley and lost track of his iPhone, but his Apple Watch saved the day. After escaping the situation, the adolescent wrote to Apple CEO Tim Cook to thank Apple Watch for saving him. The child, who is from Maharashtra, travelled to Lonavala.

On a wet day, he and three of his buddies went hiking. He fell down a valley as they were returning, which is when the tragedy occurred. He was caught by a tree and a stone, but his ankles were broken. He just had his Apple Watch with him and was in great pain.

Eventually, Metha was saved by his buddies and by others present. The teenager is still using a walking stick after undergoing rehabilitation while being treated at a hospital. Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, commended Metha for sharing his story in an email reply.
