Honor 90: According to a source, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer will re-enter India in September with the introduction of the Honour 90. The device debuted in China earlier this year alongside the Honour 90 Pro flagship model. It has a 200-megapixel rear camera, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 66W charging, however when it gets to India, the phone might come with somewhat different features.
Display and processor
A 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,200 x 2,664 pixels) curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits is featured on the Honour 90 smartphone, which was introduced in China. A Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset with up to 16GB of RAM powers it.
Honor 90: Cameras and connectivity
Including a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, it has a triple camera configuration. The Honour 90 boasts a 50-megapixel selfie camera for taking pictures and doing video conversations. The phone supports 5G, 4G LTE, W-Fi- 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC connectivity. The device has an internal storage capacity of up to 512GB. A USB Type-C port on the Honour 90 allows for a 66W charge to be made to the device's 5,000mAh battery.
Expected price and competitors
The Honour 90 will reportedly go on sale in India for about Rs. 45,000. The phone is anticipated to compete with devices like the Google Pixel 7a, Nothing Phone 2, iQoo Neo 7 Pro, and OnePlus 11R that provide more powerful chipsets in the same price range because this is significantly more expensive than the cost of other smartphones that are equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
