Motorola G Play 2023 launched with innovative features and specifications, everything you must know

Motorola G Play: For the US market, Motorola has unveiled the Moto G Play 2023 edition. The most recent Moto G Play was released in 2021, hence the new Play model will be available later. The phone is advertised as "coming soon" on Motorola's website for the US market, but the precise release date and price have not yet been revealed. However, the entire spec sheet and design are available to the public.

According to the listing, the 6.5-inch 720p TFT LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and hole punch cutout would be included with the Moto G Play 2023. The phone is obviously constructed of plastic because it is a low-cost model. There is only one blue colour option listed for now. The vertically stacked cameras have a fingerprint reader on the back. The Moto G Play 2023 has an IP52 grade for splash resistance, just like the majority of Motorola smartphones.

You get the Helio G37 processor from MediaTek together with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. A micro-SD card slot allows for up to 512GB of additional storage. Android 12 software is in command, with Motorola's near-stock UI on top.

You get a triple back camera configuration for photography, including a 16MP main camera, a 2MP macro, and a second 2MP depth or portrait camera. The primary camera has a maximum resolution of 1080p@30fps.

The 5,000mAh battery inside the Moto G Play 2023 is expected to last up to three days on a single charge. Despite the phone's 10W maximum charging power, there is USB Type C charging available.
