Redmi A2+: With 5000mAh battery, 4GB RAM; this phone can offer value for money

Redmi A2+: The Redmi A2+ now comes with a new RAM and storage option from Redmi in India. In March of this year, the smartphone and Redmi A2 made their debut in India. 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space were available when it was first released. Though it still has the same amount of RAM, the new Redmi A2+ now has greater storage. It has a 5,000mAH battery that can reportedly last up to 32 days in standby mode and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 SoC.

Display and memory

A 6.52-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) LCD screen with a 120Hz touch sampling rate is included on the A2+. A MediaTek Helio G36 SoC with up to 4GB of RAM powers the device. Additionally, it has memory fusion technology, which enables users to extend their RAM by up to 3GB by borrowing memory from storage. The phone has two SIM slots and is powered by Android 13.

Know about the cameras

The A2+'s twin rear cameras, supported by AI, have an 8-megapixel main sensor and a QVGA camera as its primary lenses. A 5-megapixel front camera sensor is available for selfies and video calls.

The cost of the new A2+ model with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is Rs. 8,499 on mi.com. Additionally, it may be purchased via Xiaomi retail partners, MI.com, and Amazon.com. The cost of the phone's 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option is presently Rs. 7,999.
