Both smartphones have 4 GB of RAM. Internal Memory on the Samsung Galaxy M14 is 128 GB, compared to 64 GB on the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. There is a Memory Card Slot on both devices. The same 50 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP Triple Rear Camera is shared by both of them. Given that they both have 13 MP front cameras, they are both on par in terms of resolution.
