It is expected to have a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. A 4500 mAh battery with 25W fast-charging technology would be included. It will run OneUI 5.1, which is based on Android 13. Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G, 4G, and 5G connectivity are stated to be available on the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, with active 4G on both SIM cards. A triple-rear camera module with a 50MP OIS primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 12MP telephoto lens likely to be included.
