Sony Xperia 5 V: Sony announces the upcoming smartphone that will launch on September 1. You can watch the official teaser here. The company has only released one teaser video up to this point, but it confirms that it will be a new smartphone with excellent cameras and specs as usual.

Sony Xperia 5 V: Expected Specifications

Xperia 5 V is likely to have Smaller than the previous one

The company is prepared to introduce the Xperia 5 V as the successor to the Xperia 5 IV, which made its debut an year ago. The smartphone is obviously smaller than the Xperia 1 V but still have stereo front-facing speakers, side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner, and small front-facing camera hidden within the top bezel. Additionally, Sony provides a brief glimpse of the device's top panel, which reveals a 3.5 mm jack. Following the leak of a different promotional video last month, the Xperia 5 V is expected to have all the design characteristics that have been so far alluded to. Oddly, despite emphasising the photographic capabilities of the Xperia 5 V throughout the entire film, Sony has chosen to withhold information on the device's camera setup.
