Maruti Suzuki eVX: Maruti Suzuki revealed some details about its future fully electric SUV, the eVX, which has been unveiled at the Auto Expo in January 2023. The first electric SUV from this company will be built in India and is most likely to debut here. We will have to wait a bit until India’s top automaker formally introduces its first electric vehicle, even if we are all eagerly awaiting its introduction. In FY2024, the Suzuki eVX is expected to make its debut. The launch of an electric vehicle from Maruti Suzuki may completely transform electric vehicles in the Indian market.

The SUV has a futuristic look and is the same size as most compact SUVs now offered in India at 4,300 mm length, 1,800 mm wide, and 1,600 mm tall. A 60 kWh battery pack will power the eVX, giving it a 550 km driving range on a single charge. The design had an all-wheel drive system as well. When it goes on sale, the SUV will probably be priced between Rs. 20 and Rs. 25 lakhs (ex-showroom), competing with other Compact SUVs like the MG ZS EV.
