Ampere Zeal: In 2008, Ampere electric, a division of Greaves Electric Mobility, entered the market for electric automobiles. The company has also unveiled the entry-level Ampere Zeal EX, a more cost-effective solution for individuals who are just starting to explore the world of electric automobiles.
The new Ampere Zeal EX electric scooter will be available in India now, according to Greaves Electric Mobility. In Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand, the scooter's initial pricing is set at Rs 69,900. While it costs Rs. 75,000 in every other state of India (both prices are ex-showroom). It's interesting to note that Greaves has also offered benefits of up to Rs 6,000 for people who purchase the scooter before March 31, 2023.
A 2.3kWh, CAN-enabled, lithium-ion battery pack that powers the electric scooter has a 120km range that has been validated by ARAI. It charges in five hours. A 1.8kW engine with a top speed of about 50–55kmph is powering the back wheel at the same time. It has a few simple features, such as riding modes and a side-stand sensor. Furthermore, dual springs and telescoping forks are used for suspension, and drum brakes are used at both ends for braking.

Design and colours
The front fender, apron, and side panels of the Ampere Zeal EX include stylish decals that add to the vehicle's edgy appearance. The handlebar cowl has indicators installed, and the headlamp is positioned on the apron. The Zeal EX is available from Ampere in three colours: Stone Grey, Ivory White, and Indigo Blue.
Price in India
The scooter costs Rs. 75,000, according to a recent announcement from the manufacturer. Also, the company has lowered costs up to Rs. 69,900 for a number of states, including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and others.
