Anurag Dhanda Highlights Punjab Recruitment Record

In a statement, Dhanda said that the recruitment drive was carried out without bribery, political recommendations, paper leaks, or prolonged legal disputes. He attributed the appointments to what he described as the “Kejriwal Model” of governance and credited the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for ensuring transparency in public sector recruitment.

Criticises Exam Paper Leaks and Unemployment

The AAP leader contrasted Punjab’s recruitment process with what he alleged are broader challenges facing the country, including examination paper leaks, rising unemployment, and corruption. He claimed that recurring incidents of examination irregularities have affected the confidence of job aspirants and created uncertainty among young people preparing for competitive examinations.

Dhanda argued that transparent recruitment systems are essential for restoring trust among youth and ensuring equal opportunities for deserving candidates. He said that merit-based hiring not only benefits job seekers but also strengthens public institutions by selecting candidates through fair competition.

The remarks come amid continuing political debate over employment generation, recruitment practices, and examination integrity, issues that remain significant concerns for young job aspirants across the country.
