BSA Gold Star: BSA, a British motorcycle manufacturer, intends to enter the Indian two-wheeler industry with its elegant motorcycle, the BSA Gold Star 650. This 652 cc motorbike boasts a cruiser-style design and a strong engine. Read on to know more.
BSA Gold Star specifications
A single-cylinder, four-valve engine with 652 ccs of displacement is included with the BSA Gold Star. 44 Bhp and 55 Nm of maximum torque are generated by this engine. A 5-speed transmission has been installed on it. This engine is rather old and was formerly used by BMW Motorrad in the F650 Funduro.
Competitors in India
This motorbike will face off against the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, Super Meteor and Continental GT in the Indian market.
Expected price in India
The manufacturer has not yet provided information regarding the bike’s price or debut date. This bike can be introduced by December 2023 and would start at a price of 3 to 3.30 lakh ex-showroom.
