Gold Rate Update: Today's gold prices on the MCX plummeted below Rs. 55,000 per 10 gm and retraced by about Rs. 4,000 from their all-time high of Rs. 58,847 per 10 gm levels. In early morning deals, silver rates today opened lower and plunged nearly Rs. 16,500 below their all-time high of Rs. 77,949 per kg, reaching an intraday low of Rs. 61,580 per kg.

Gold Rate Update: What’s up on MCX?
Gold rates today nosedived below ₹55,000 per 10 gm on MCX and retraced to the tune of ₹4,000 from its life-time high of ₹58,847 per 10 gm levels. Silver rates today opened lower and hit intraday low of ₹61,580 per kg in early morning deals, nosediving around ₹16,500 below its life-time high of ₹77,949 per kg.
Multi Commodity Exchange of India is the full form of MCX. It is an autonomous body for commodity exchange in India. It offers to trade in bullion, energy and agricultural commodities apart from non-ferrous metals.
This is an exchange for commodities like the BSE is for stocks and shares. The MCX sells the products in bulk.

The price of gold has decreased today compared to yesterday, according to IBJA. The price of gold has decreased from Rs 56140 per 10 kilos yesterday evening to Rs 56085 per 10 grammes today. The cost of silver, on the other hand, silver is decreased from Rs. 64407 per kg. to Rs. 64246 per kg.
