Google Pay introduces UPI LITE in India

If you use Google Pay then there is good news for you. Google Pay has finally introduced UPI Lite on its platform. This feature makes it easy and fast to make small payments.

UPI Lite is a digital payment service designed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and launched by the Reserve Bank of India in September 2022.

Google Pay introduces UPI LITE

Google Pay says that with UPI Lite now available on the platform, the company aims to make digital payments simple, fast and reliable. UPI Lite has been rolled out on Google Pay, which enables users to perform fast and one-click UPI transactions without entering UPI PIN.

The lITE account will be linked to the bank account of the users. With its help, users can send money up to Rs 200 with a single tap from their UPI Lite account. You do not need to enter a PIN to make a payment. Let us tell you, up to Rs 2000 can be filled in the UPI LITE account twice a day.
