Petrol And Diesel Price Update [03 November, 2023]: Today at 6 am, like every day, oil companies have updated the prices of petrol and diesel in the country. Although oil prices have been kept stable at the national level, there are some changes in the prices of petrol and diesel in some cities.
Where did the oil price change?
In Chhattisgarh, the price of petrol has decreased by 50 paise. Here, the cost of diesel has decreased by 49 pesses at the same time. In Jharkhand, the price of fuel and diesel has decreased by 26 cents each. Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Himachal Pradesh have also seen a drop in the cost of fuel and diesel.
Conversely, in Punjab, the cost of diesel has gone up by 21 paise and that of petrol by 22 paise. In Madhya Pradesh, the price of diesel has increased by 22 paise and that of petrol by 25 paise. In addition, the cost of petrol and diesel has gone up in West Bengal.
Prices in metropolitan cities:
Right now, a litre of petrol costs Rs 96.72 in Delhi, while a litre of diesel costs Rs 89.62. In contrast, a litre of diesel costs Rs 94.27 and a litre of petrol costs Rs 106.31 in Mumbai. In Kolkata, a litre of petrol costs Rs 106.03, while a litre of diesel costs Rs 92.76. However, in Chennai, a litre of diesel is sold for Rs 94.24 and a litre of petrol for Rs 102.63.
