Petrol And Diesel Price Update: Crude oil prices continue to fluctuate in the global market. If we look at the last trading session, there has been an increase of 2 percent in the prices of Brent crude oil. The prices of petrol and diesel remain the same across the country. Last year, on 22 May 2022, the prices of petrol and diesel were changed at the national level.
Fuel rates in metropolitan cities:
In Delhi, the cost of petrol has been Rs 96.72 per litre for almost a year, while the cost of diesel is Rs 89.62 per litre. In Mumbai, a litre of petrol costs Rs 106.31, while a litre of diesel costs Rs 94.27. Diesel is priced at Rs 92.76 per litre in Kolkata, while petrol costs Rs 106.31 per litre. In Chennai, a litre of petrol prices Rs 102.63, but a litre of diesel costs Rs 94.24.
