The price of commercial LPG cylinders has been reduced by Rs 115.50 with immediate effect, which is a huge relief. In response to weakening global prices, the oil marketing companies have announced the price drop, which is the. seventh since June.
However, the cost of household gas cylinders will not change. Domestic LPG costs Rs 1,053 for every 14.2 kg cylinder in Delhi as of the most recent modification on May 7, 2022. It costs Rs. 1,079 in Kolkata, Rs. 1052.5 in Mumbai, and Rs. 1068.5 in Chennai.
This is the first price fluctuation in commercial LPG cylinder prices by oil marketing companies (OMCs) since the prices were last raised in May. OMCs usually announce LPG price changes at the beginning and middle of each month.

Prices for 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders have decreased by Rs 610 since June. The cost of commercial LPG cylinders decreased as of October 1. last month OMCs cut the price per unit 19 kg cylinder by Rs 25.50.
