Carysil arm to buy 70% stake in UK firm The Tap Factory
A subsidiary of Carysil, Carysil UK, has agreed to pay 1.16 million pounds to buy 70% of the equity shares of “The Tap Factory Limited,” a company situated in Yorkshire, UK. It has the option to purchase the remaining 30% in the following two years in two tranches of 15% each. The acquisition will help the company improve its position in the UK kitchen and bathroom segment by giving it access to the Tap’s design and marketing expertise in those markets.
